Thirty dishes across five courses. Pasta rolled fresh in house daily, a wood oven for pinsas and lasagna, and a cellar carrying Wine Spectator’s “Best Of” Award of Excellence.
Rasmus Knudsen ran a flour mill on this ground in 1878. The timber above your table is the same timber. Everything under it came later.

No Two Alike
A mill room, a stone cellar, a garden. Three of the eleven.
Through The Arch, Onto The Patio
Shade trees, ivy-covered stone walls and strung lights, with the dining patio seating 50–60. Inside, six rooms take a party of eight or eighty.
Bellissimo Gardens
An outdoor garden venue on the same grounds, below Mount Olympus — a gazebo, an iron forest, a wishing fountain and a running river, for up to 150 guests. Its own place, catered from our kitchen.
